Over the past 13 years, Tim has built one of Iowa's most respected catering companies, Catering by LJ's. Tim has expanded his catering company to be able to provide services, exceptional throughout Eastern Iowa.

Andrew Hogue
Andrew Hogue, our award winning chef, has 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry; with focus in menu development, event coordination and extensive management. Andrew currently oversees all day-to-day operations for Catering by LJ's.

Roxanne Braden
Roxanne Braden currently oversees all financial matters for the company while monitoring and maintaining the food quality and production.
