We can provide as much or as little service as you'd like. From pre-setting tables prior to the event to having a personal aide for the day and assisting with tear-down, we can arrange for experienced staff members that can assist in any areas that you might require.

Our staffing recommendations are based on the type of service requested. When having a china buffet we recommend 1 staff member for every 24 guests. For china formal sit-down service we recommend 1 staff member for every 16 guests and when a buffet with disposable service ware is chosen we recommend 1 staff member for every 40 guests.
